Teaching philosophy

Teaching and learning happens by two-way communication with teachers and students; students are given many opportunities to speak up and are encouraged to do so.

Teaching is collaborative. Teachers, when possible, will work in teams to develop curriculum, design learning experiences and moderate assessments.
